Litmus Universe ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what data is processed when you visit litmus.universe.

1. The short version

This is a static website. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies. We have no login, no shopping cart, and no form that asks for your personal information. We do not sell or share any data.

2. Data we do not collect

No name, phone number or address (unless you choose to email us — see section 5).
No account credentials or passwords.
No payment information.
No behavioral profiling, no advertising IDs, no cross-site tracking.

3. Technical data processed automatically

Like any website, our hosting provider's servers temporarily process standard request metadata (your IP address, browser type, and request time) to deliver the page and protect against abuse. These logs are kept only briefly for security and are not used to identify you.

4. Third-party services

To render typography, this site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. When fonts load, your IP address is necessarily visible to Google for that request, governed by the Google Privacy Policy. No other third-party services, embeds or trackers are used.

5. Contacting us

If you email contact@litmusuniverse.com, we receive and store the information you choose to include (your email address and message) solely to reply to you. We do not add you to any mailing list.

6. Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies and runs no trackers. The only thing it stores on your device is a small language preference (the value en or tr) in your browser's local storage, so the site remembers whether you chose English or Turkish. This is a functional preference under your control — not a tracking identifier — and it never leaves your browser. Because no tracking or marketing storage is used, no cookie consent banner is required.

7. Your rights

Under regulations such as the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK, you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Since we hold no data unless you email us directly, such requests will only concern email correspondence. Contact contact@litmusuniverse.com to exercise these rights.

8. Changes to this policy

If our data practices change (for example, if we add a contact form), we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.

Litmus Universe ("biz") gizliliğinize saygı duyar. Bu sayfa, litmus.universe sitesini ziyaret ettiğinizde hangi verilerin işlendiğini sade bir dille açıklar.

1. Kısa özet

Burası statik bir web sitesidir. Analitik, reklam izleyicisi veya pazarlama çerezi kullanmıyoruz. Üyelik, sepet ya da kişisel bilgilerinizi isteyen bir form yok. Hiçbir veriyi satmaz veya paylaşmayız.

2. Toplamadığımız veriler

İsim, telefon ya da adres (bize e-posta göndermeyi seçmediğiniz sürece — 5. bölüme bakın).
Hesap bilgileri veya parolalar.
Ödeme bilgileri.
Davranışsal profil, reklam kimliği veya siteler arası takip yok.

3. Otomatik işlenen teknik veriler

Her web sitesinde olduğu gibi, barındırma sağlayıcımızın sunucuları sayfayı sunmak ve kötüye kullanıma karşı korumak için standart istek üst verilerini (IP adresiniz, tarayıcı türü ve istek zamanı) geçici olarak işler. Bu kayıtlar yalnızca güvenlik için kısa süre tutulur ve sizi kimliklendirmek için kullanılmaz.

4. Üçüncü taraf hizmetleri

Tipografiyi göstermek için bu site Google Fonts'tan yazı tipleri yükler. Yazı tipleri yüklenirken IP adresiniz, o istek için zorunlu olarak Google tarafından görülür; bu durum Google Gizlilik Politikası kapsamındadır. Başka hiçbir üçüncü taraf hizmeti, gömülü içerik veya izleyici kullanılmaz.

5. Bizimle iletişim

contact@litmusuniverse.com adresine yazarsanız, yalnızca size yanıt verebilmek için eklemeyi seçtiğiniz bilgileri (e-posta adresiniz ve mesajınız) alır ve saklarız. Sizi hiçbir e-posta listesine eklemeyiz.

6. Çerezler ve yerel depolama

Bu site çerez kullanmaz ve hiçbir izleyici çalıştırmaz. Cihazınızda sakladığı tek şey, sitenin İngilizce mi Türkçe mi seçtiğinizi hatırlaması için tarayıcınızın yerel depolamasındaki küçük bir dil tercihidir (en veya tr değeri). Bu, sizin denetimizdeki işlevsel bir tercihtir — bir takip kimliği değildir — ve tarayıcınızdan asla çıkmaz. İzleme veya pazarlama amaçlı bir depolama kullanılmadığı için çerez onay bildirimi gerekmez.

7. Haklarınız

KVKK ve GDPR gibi düzenlemeler kapsamında, hakkınızda tuttuğumuz kişisel verilere erişme, düzeltme veya silinmesini isteme hakkınız vardır. Doğrudan bize e-posta göndermediğiniz sürece hiçbir veri tutmadığımız için bu talepler yalnızca e-posta yazışmalarını ilgilendirir. 8. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler
